Good camera; i ordered 1 months ago, and loved it; this is my additional order. Though in this order, I ordered 2, but they only sent me one.
Exactly as described. Super fast shipping. China >AZ, USA in 6 Days! Amazing dashcam for it's price. Best 15 bucks i've ever spent on any dashcam. I have been through 4. All were more than double the cost. This dashcam works fine and has lots of choices for recording, looping,motion detection,ect. The screen is acceptable, and very clear. However, the instruction booklet is kinda cryptic just giving you hints, info, and clues. I've seen worse manuals though. This is better than most. At first learning the button setup was somewhat straight forward (M +, - power, ok), Getting to the main settings menu was insane. the Photo part of the dashcam has its own menu and settings. Kept taking stills and videos during mad button pressing session, trying to enter the main settings menu.
Everything looks good, I didn’t install yet. But when i turn it on, the quality of picture looks pretty clear.
It fits their price, they have not yet tried it but I imagine it works well, I hope and I am not disappointed.
I really didn't expect much for the price but so far it seems to be exactly as advertised!
One downside is the 32 gig limit which only works out to a little over 3 hours of recording time before it has to loop and record back over itself.
Also, a big drawback is that most modern cars don't have power running to the 12 volt outlet constantly so options like the automatic awake and security type modes are completely useless on my car at least since the 12 volt outlets lose power as soon as I turn the car off and there is no built-in battery other than to keep track of the time and date.
I'm also unsure as to why the camera for the driver is on the right versus the left because even when I angle it toward me and lose some of my forward driving site picture I'm still not centered in the secondary/driver camera.. More importantly any interaction that would occur at my driver's window would not be covered by the camera which is one reason why I bought it after seeing someone be assaulted
